Does the attack on the First Amendment by McCain-Feingold disqualify John McCain from holding any office, let alone the Presidency? The McCain-Feingold limitations on commentary before an election are blatantly unconstitutional, that anyone who voted for them has violated their oath of office.

What good does it do to elect a tough President to fight the “War on Terror, if we lose our Freedom of Speech. John McCain will not get my vote unless he repudiates McCain-Feingold.

I think he was tortured so much in Hanoi that he cannot tell the difference between torture and aggressive interrogation.
