I will use the money to pay down my Home Equity Line of Credit giving my bank more money to be able to lend to people to buy homes. I really don’t think that will be much of a stimulus to the economy.
The medical privacy laws should should be amended to strip any privacy rights from convicted felons or those who die while committing a felony.
The public has a right to know what drugs the shooters at Virginia Tech and Northern Illinois University were taking or recently came off of. If their medical records are related to their crimes, then they should be public records. Anyone who kills others and then themselves has no need for privacy. Besides, they are burning in Hell, so privacy is the least of their worries!
