Impeach the Traitors
“Justices” Anthony Kennedy, John Paul Stevens, Stephen Breyer, David Souter and Ruth Bader Ginsburg should be impeached for treason.
Article II, Section. 3, Paragraph 1 of the Constitution defines treason.
“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.”
Today the “Justices” created new judicial rights for unlawful combatants. The Geneva Conventions only require a military tribunal (3 officers) to determine if someone is an unlawful combatant. The punishment for being an unlawful combatant is execution. There is no ratified requirement to allow appeals. The “Justices” have given “them Aid and Comfort”.
