Drill now. Bankrupt a speculator!
Democrats have been blaming the recent price increases on speculators betting that the price of oil will go up. If their premise is true, then increasing the supply of oil will cause those betting on prices going up will lose lots of money.
Drilling and increasing the oil supply is the best way to bankrupt “those evil speculators”! It will also help the rest of us who have to drive to work. Unless the Democrats in Congress get an earful at home on their summer vacation, I don’t expect that to happen.
